We have lots of space for parking! You can park multiple vehicles and boats.

The Damage Waiver is for the faithful performance of the Tenant under the terms and conditions of this agreement.  The Tenant must pay the Damage Waiver at the execution of this Agreement. The Damage Waiver is NOT refundable and will NOT be credited toward any Rent.

You will receive a door code to allow access to the home.  This code will be used for the duration of your stay.  In the event W-Fi is down, there is a key located on the property - please contact the owner for access to the key.  

You will have complete privacy during your stay at Edisto Hidden Oasis!  This is your time to relax and enjoy your vacation.  We are available by phone or the platform for any issues that arise.  We ask that you care for our home as though it were yours.  We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible and will address any concerns as promptly as possible!

We have a fully outfitted kitchen for all of your cooking needs.  Large family get-togethers or small intimate dinners, we have you covered!

Edisto is a unique location.  It is off the beaten path, not commercialized by all of the big names.

Any guests over 16 without PRIOR approval from the owner will result in immediate removal from the property with NO refund.

Our outdoor area is fabulous! We have a gas grill and charcoal grill, small outside refrigerator, Lowcountry Boil/Oyster table, loungers, fire pit, and more!

Edisto Hidden Oasis is equipped with a monitored security system.  If the fire alarm goes off we will need to verify if an emergency is present immediately! There are also camera's on the outside of the property.  There are NOT camera's inside the property or anywhere that you would have an expectancy of privacy (i.e. outdoor shower, etc.)

We do not provide any sleeping equipment for children, however there is a local company you can rent from if you do not wish to bring your own. We are happy to help facilitate any needs. We do have an upstairs and do NOT provide a baby gate.  Please bring one if you feel the need or rent one from the available business.

Yes, we allow pets WITH paid pet fee.  (Dogs only, owners are highly allergic to cats.)

ONLY outside and cigarettes must be distinguished in designated smoking areas. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE RESIDENCE.

Unfortunately not at this time.  Hopefully, we will be able to accommodate in the future.

Hidden Oasis is equipped with Wi-Fi and a television in every bedroom that can connect to streaming services of your choice.  We also have cable TV for your convenience. 

As a child it was always my dream to own a home in Edisto! A few years ago my husband and I were finally able to make that dream come true! We are so excited to be able to share our home with you! We hope you will come to Edisto and create some of the most memorable lifetime memories with your friends and family at Edisto Hidden Oasis

We have beautiful marsh views from our front porch or watch deer in the early morning or evening.
